This summer we started a new children’s program at our church. Both kids are getting so much out of it and they truly love the program! A few weeks ago, they were learning about the Disciples and how they were all friends to Jesus. As part of the lesson, they talked about their own friends. Benmjamin told his teacher, “I have a LOT of friends, but one is very special and she’s my sister!” He then gave Elisabeth a HUGE hug. It’s such a sweet story that I had to share. It’s moments like this that I love being a parent!
